Here at the wall where the truck drove into Åhlens in the corner of Drottninggatan and Mäster Samuelsgatan. A wall that has become a friendly forum for greetings, memorable quotes and love messages behind a bed of flowers.
On weekdays, normally, the site is one of Stockholm's biggest venues.
We put our roses, a white rose from Mimmi and a red rose from Kista Light with greetings on a small soulful card from Öland in the rest of the flower sea.
Somewhere on the wall you can read in Arabic.
To kill a human is to murder the world.

It has been a bit messy the last time for an old stockholmer and suburban from Kista.
Riots in Rinkeby, shootings in Hallonbergen and Kista!
Young people who lost their lives in gang fights!
And now this!
Can it get worse?
Today we mourn and we are among the good forces with great hearts here on Sergel´s Plaza.

While a flock of pigeons doing pirouttes and quick turns in the air high above the square!
Here you kan listen to the song from The Love Manifestation!
Many fine artists, to name a few, Sarah Dawn Finer, Miriam Bryant, Rikard Wolff and Nano with powerful interpretations of their songs and an inspiring speech by Damon Rasti the guy behind the Manifestation of Love.
An impressive and dignified feeling during the minute of silence never have we shared a silence with so many.
A Broken Rose in Stockholm
I thought that
this was your city
you girl on Queen Street
who was so happy and exited
on your way to springbreak
maybe you had jeans and sneakers
a bagback with unread fantasy books
and curly hair
that your mother could have caressed
you were barely eleven years
and why did you not live
no one could understand
how short your visit
would be in this world

We write our text in English because we have by far the highest number of visitors from the United States here on our blog.
Today we stand up with a great heart for a good and free Stockholm.
PS The Lyrical piece above is inspired by a poem by one of our greatest living poets in Sweden. And some lines are clean quotes!
